SNF's work encompasses all levels of society-from the individual to the global community. Believing that change must begin within the self, SNF and its sister organisations offer many workshops to cultivate mindfulness, contentment, and compassion. At the community level, they support local empowerment and sustainable community economics. They help communities preserve cultural diversity and traditional wisdom, not only in Siam but also in neighbouring countries. Nationally, SNF and its sister NGO's keep a watchful eye on the government's economic and development policies. This is to ensure that the government does not implement policies that come at great human and environmental costs.
