I have a good news for you to put in the website that
the Palace has instructed the Prime Minister's office as well as the National Police to drop the case of lese majeste against me. I think it is mainly due to the campaign messages from abroad that the Thai authority acted promptly prior to May 5 - the Coronation Anniversary.
Please don't quote me but do thank people who put so much effort in writing etc and tell others not to act any more.

3rd International Conference on Gross National Happiness
TOWARDS GLOBAL TRANSFORMATION WORLD VIEWS MAKE A DIFFERENCE
Thailand, 22-28 November 2007
The launching of the concept of Gross National Happiness in the global arena has induced a growing movement calling for transformation of conventional development policies and practices at all levels. By placing ‘happiness’ at the center of development the current obsession by economic growth, measured by Gross National (or Domestic) Product, has been fundamentally challenged. In a great diversity of world views happiness is the essence of life. Efforts are made to better understand and to monitor happiness. Well-being indexes serve public policy development, in order to counter wealth-dominated, unsustainable, globalization. Bhutan, considered to be a poor country from a conventional view point, but rich in culture and ‘natural capital’, is inspiring towards global transformation. Whether we can measure happiness or not, the diversity of our world views make a difference on the ground. read more

The Spirit in Education Movement in partnership with Gaia Education and the Global Ecovillage Network presents:
Ecovillage Design Education : Training of Trainers
2 December 2007 to 16 January 2008
Around the world, in urban and rural settings, in the North and South, you can find ecovillages. They are usually based on shared values or spirituality (sometimes called worldview). People come together to build a sustainable community with a common social framework. Ecovillages are designed according to ecological principles to work with nature, not against it, and to promote a low-impact lifestyle. Ecovillage economics are based on self-reliance and reweaving local economic connections. read more
